The platform wraps a layer of Artificial Intelligence around key sourcing steps: candidate identification, engagement, and development. We also surround the technology with a suite of service offerings that are bespoke to each client. The result is a predictable, data driven recruitment process.
The core tech is a real time sourcing engine connected to an extensive data set of over 150 million candidates. In terms of demographics, our combined databases are 51% non white, 52% female, 27% first generation college attendees, and 12% LGBTQ. The AI models find a rich set of relevant candidates in a fraction of the time it takes for a manual search. The models make non-obvious connections within the data that results in target candidates much closer to the ideal spec.
